The 708 Active Alpha Fund is a long only, actively managed fund which aims to deliver capital and income growth in a diversified portfolio across multiple asset classes.
The fund is focused on counter-cyclical opportunities in emerging and mid-cap equities listed in Australia and overseas.
The fund is wholesale only with a minimum investment amount of $500,000.
Fees:
- Management Fee: 1.25% (excl GST) of the total value of fund
- Performance Fee: 25% (excl GST) of the fund’s total return - above the benchmark
Distributions:
- Distributions paid on an annual basis.
